About Me

Lydia Hall is a trained Microbiologist with an academic background spanning biomedical science and applied health systems. In her role, she leads in‑country coordination for Nigeria and serves as the primary liaison between the Nigeria‑based team and U.S. leadership, facilitating program implementation, stakeholder engagement, operational oversight, and effective cross‑border communication to advance BHI’s mission and strategic objectives.

Her combined training enables her to guide evidence‑informed programming, operational decision‑making, and community‑based health interventions with both scientific rigor and practical public health insight.

Lydia brings over five years of experience in health administration, public health programming, and organizational leadership, with a strong background in hospital administration, community health outreach, and nonprofit governance. Her leadership approach emphasizes transparency, collaboration, accountability, and measurable impact, and she plays a key role in strengthening local partnerships, supporting program delivery, and ensuring effective coordination in support of sustainable health and community development efforts.
