Jaime Atadero MPH

Director - Program Research Assistant

About Me

Jaime Atadero serves as Director – Program Research Assistant at Bridging Health International (BHI), providing technical research support across program design, data analysis, monitoring, and evaluation. She brings strong expertise in epidemiology, community‑based research, and mixed‑methods analysis, supporting evidence‑informed decision‑making and impact measurement across BHI’s initiatives.

Jaime holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology from Baylor University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Studies. Her research experience spans food insecurity, healthy aging, sexual and reproductive health, sustainability, and community prevention programs, with hands‑on experience working with diverse populations in both academic and community settings.

She has contributed to large‑scale program evaluations, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, research manuscripts, and grant‑supported projects, including work on multi‑sectoral initiatives funded through competitive research grants. Her technical skillset includes proficiency in SAS, Qualtrics, NVivo, ArcGIS, REDCap, and other data analysis and visualization tools.

At BHI, Jaime supports research implementation, data management, reporting, and program learning, helping ensure that community‑focused interventions are grounded in sound methodology, responsive to local needs, and aligned with public health best practices.
